The Woodbine Airport Business Park
occupies approximately 50 acres of the Airport's
750 acre total. Henry DeCinque and Jack Penn
Boulevards provide access to this business park and Henry DeCinque Boulevard serves as the "grand entrance"
to the Airport.
Development along this drive
has occurred with minimal destruction to
the existing woods on site. These woods and the
densely wooded areas throughout the Borough
of
Woodbine
are symbolic of the region's rural character,
the connection to Belleplain Forest and the
importance of the Pinelands National Reserve
to the community.
The proposed lot size for
businesses can vary to accommodate the specific
needs of business and industry. These lot sizes
work well for small distribution, production,
and warehousing facilities, as well as
wholesale services for specific manufactured
goods that could be delivered/ distributed via
the use of the Airport. These sites for development
are available for lease or sale.
